WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We're proud to create high-quality custom apparel products but we know mistakes can happen.

Custom orders that have been completed and/or completed and shipped are not available for refunds or exchange due to the customization of the product. These types of sales are final. If there is an issue with your order, please contact our customer service team for assistance within 5 days of delivery. 

Customers are responsible for shipping costs on returned items, we do not cover any shipping costs for returns unless the shipping error is on our end. 

If orders that are canceled after 5 days of purchase it will incur a 10% cancellation/restocking fee.
